Authentic cooking paste and spread EXACTLY like Mum makes! Get ready for the tastiest journey of your life! Our Punjabi Cooking Paste is unlike any other product on the market. Traditionally, it is called "thurka", onions slow cooked from white to chocolate brown, deep and rich tomato, herbs and a few spices with garlic and ginger.  The base to making authentic Punjabi Curry or other dishes.  We use it as a spread with cheese on toast or mix it into baked beans.

This will save you 2 hours of work and you will get a distinctively delicious dish to make your heart happy!


  • Cooking paste

Instructions for cooking paste:

  1. Empty contents into a pot, heat for 3 minutes (low heat)

  2. Add 400g meat/poultry/fish/vegetables (or all) then stir

  3. Add enough water to slightly cover the ingredients

  4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (medium heat)
