Weekly recipe: Sweet and Sour Himalayan Potato and Vegetables

Vegetable and potatoes elevated to the heights of the Himalayas!  Enjoy sweet and sour, sticky and spicy flavours with this simple dish.  Flavours so intense your can taste them by watching this video!

  1. Heat some oil in a pan
  2. Add some mustard seeds and wait for them to start popping
  3. Add potato which is cut into small cubes.  Sprinkle some salt and keep stirring until they are cooked
  4. Pour in a jar of Mr. Singh's Himalayan Cooking Paste 
  5. Add chopped mixed vegetables of your choice
  6. Keep stirring until the vegetables are cooked to your likin
  7. ENJOY!
