The Story

During a visit to the foothills of the HIMALAYA mountains with his brothers and sister, Popa Singh unearthed a sweet and sour condiment served with meals.  Inspired by the flavour of this DISCOVERY, he created his own Himalaya Cooking Paste.  SWEET, SOUR and SPICY to take your taste buds on a journey across the world!

  • Cooking paste

  • As a spread or dip

Instructions for cooking paste:

  1. Empty contents into a pot, heat for 3 minutes (low heat)

  2. Add 400g meat/poultry/fish/vegetables (or all) then stir

  3. Add enough water to slightly cover the ingredients

  4. Cover and cook for 20 minutes (medium heat)
